Kick-start 2018 with a healthier new you from January 28 to April 5! Whether it’s to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier or just tone up, meet with a trainer and set an eight-week weight-loss goal for you! Once goals are set, a trainer will write an exercise prescription and you will meet twice a week to help keep on track. Initial weigh-in: Jan. 28 - Feb 2 / Final weigh-in: April 1 - 5. $12 per person and includes a $2 registration fee. All participants who lose at least 10 lbs will split the remaining fees contributed by the group.
