Days and challenges are as followed:
- Hold a plank for 2 minutes
- Farmer's Carry 1000 ft
- 3 rounds: 100 ft Bear Crawl and 100 ft Broad Jump
- Jump Rope 1000 single unders for time
- 100 Ball Slams for time
- 5 minute AMRAP: 30 mountain climbers, 20 alternating hip dips, 10x crunch for rounds
- Row 3000 meters for time
- 100 Lateral Wall Ball Shots
- 5 Rounds: 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats
- Stair Run 10x
- Foam Roll for 15 min
- Run a 5K for time
