This popular water aerobics workout is a swimming blend of cardio and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles. This class is suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers through advanced athletes.
Participants may bring and use their own water shoes and gloves.
