Join Norfolk Naval Shipyard MWR for a fitness & sports challenge from May 17 through May 21. Drop into the Callaghan Fitness Center anytime between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and complete the daily workout challenge. If you can’t make it to Callaghan Fitness or if you want to complete the challenge at home, register online and the workouts will be e-mailed to you! The workouts will be demonstrated on the NNSY MWR Facebook page (@NNSY.MWR).
