Join NNSY MWR Fitness every Tuesday from 4:40 to 5:40 p.m. for a HIIT group exercise class. This class is a total body workout combining athletic drills, agility, cardio, and strength using a variety of fitness equipment. You will also learn how to effectively work your abdominals and lower back to develop core strength.
